The Opportunity: As Sales Director, you will have full ownership of the UK sales strategy, driving growth, overseeing national key accounts, and leading a team of experienced regional and national account managers. This is a pivotal leadership role focused on building long-term client relationships , expanding market share, and delivering sustainable, profitable growth. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement a strategic national sales plan aligned with wider business objectives.
Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team across multiple customer channels.
Maintain and grow relationships with major national housebuilders, developers, and social housing providers.
Collaborate with product, marketing, and operations teams to deliver tailored solutions to clients.
Monitor performance metrics, produce accurate forecasts, and report directly to the board.
