Profiles Creative are working with a leading global events and experiential agency who partner with some of the world’s biggest brands to deliver bold, immersive experiences. With over a century of history and an independent, creatively driven culture, they continue to push boundaries in brand storytelling and audience engagement.
This is a brilliant opportunity for an Associate Creative Director to join their London team and take the creative lead across high-profile projects – from large-scale live events and activations to cutting-edge virtual and immersive experiences.
This opportunity is ideal for an established Associate Creative Director ready for a new challenge or a highly experienced Senior Creative looking to step up into an ACD role. If you have a strong portfolio of experiential and brand work, proven leadership skills, and the ambition to take on more responsibility, this could be the perfect next step.
The Role
As Associate Creative Director, you’ll work closely with the Executive Creative Director and Creative Directors to shape and deliver outstanding creative solutions. You’ll be hands-on in developing concepts, pitching ideas, and inspiring clients and internal teams alike. This role requires a strategic thinker who can blend storytelling, design and innovation to create meaningful brand experiences that deliver measurable impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the creative vision on experiential projects, from initial concept through to execution.
- Deliver inspiring, award-winning ideas across live, virtual, and hybrid experiences.
- Collaborate with internal teams and bring in the right experts to ensure projects are delivered to the highest standard.
- Present creative ideas with clarity and conviction to clients at all levels.
- Champion innovation and explore new channels, technologies and ways of engaging audiences.
- Mentor and manage junior creatives, fostering a collaborative and inspiring team culture.
- Work with account teams to create impactful proposals within budget and timeline.
- Extend ideas beyond the event space, considering digital, social and OOH touchpoints.
- Maintain creative integrity throughout project delivery, adapting to client needs and evolving briefs.
About You
You’re a passionate, original thinker with a proven track record in experiential and brand communications. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, inspire teams, and know how to excite clients with fresh, relevant ideas.
- 8+ years’ creative experience across live events, experiential or brand activations.
- Strong conceptual thinker with the ability to visualise and communicate ideas clearly.
- Skilled presenter with excellent written, verbal and visual communication abilities.
- Broad portfolio of client experience, ideally with global brands.
- Confident leading teams and mentoring junior talent.
- Up-to-date with the latest industry trends, creative tools and technologies.
- Experience balancing creative ambition with client budgets and timelines.
- (Bonus) Knowledge of sports marketing and a passion for sport.
