IMPACT Programmes at Tonbridge School are transformative suite of Online, Blended, Winter, Easter, Revision, and Immersion programmes for ambitious students aged 13-17. Our flagship IMPACT Summer Programme will be launching in July 2026. Designed for girls and boys aged 13 to 17, these two- and four-week residential sprint courses will equip students with the skills for success in today\'s evolving, interconnected world.

Role

We are looking for an Academic Director (IMPACT Programmes) to be responsible for the development, leadership, and delivery of the academic vision of this exciting new initiative.

This role demands an inspirational academic leader with strong organisational skills. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping the IMPACT Programmes into a world-class initiative, offering students an unforgettable educational experience that combines academic challenge with personal growth, and positioning Tonbridge at the forefront of international summer and online education.

Contract and Application

The post is offered on an initial 1-year Fixed Term Contract with a review in September 2026.
