    Job Description

    This is a tight knit team, as Account Director you'll report into an agency Director and have support from a client services team as well as creative however you must be up for rolling up your sleeves and getting stuck into deliver campaigns;

  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term success.
  • Oversee the planning and execution of marketing campaigns in line with client objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Provide strategic direction to clients, helping them achieve their business goals.
  • Manage budgets and timelines to deliver campaigns within scope.
  • Identify new business opportunities and present proposals to potential clients.
  • Analyse campaign performance and provide actionable insights.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.
  • The Successful Applicant

    A successful Account Director should have:

  • Experience in a similar client services role within a marketing / creative / brand agency
  • Proven track record of managing and growing client relationships
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to steer creative teams
