Location: London (Hybrid – Soho-based office)
Salary: £55,000 to £65,000 depending on experience + bonus + benefits

This is an opportunity to join a growing strategic communications consultancy working across finance, fintech, tech, and other fast-evolving sectors. With an entrepreneurial, ideas-led culture and a strong emphasis on content and thought leadership, this agency gives you a genuine seat at the table.
They’re looking for a talented Account Director who wants to make an impact – shaping client strategies, supporting new business, mentoring junior team members, and playing an active role in the agency’s continued growth.
The Role
- Lead high-impact accounts across sectors – particularly finance, fintech, and technology
- Own client relationships, strategy, and content
- Contribute to new business efforts – including pitch work (with commission)
- Mentor and support junior team members
- Help shape agency processes, growth, and culture
About You
- Track record across B2B sectors – ideally including finance/fintech/tech
- A strong writer and strategist – all content is created in-house
- Entrepreneurial mindset – you want to be heard, contribute ideas, and help grow something
- Discretionary bonus
- New business commission – earn 7.5% of revenue from any client you help bring in (typically £200–£300/month)
- Monthly early finish – 4:30pm on the last Friday of each month
- Share options scheme (merit-based, from 1 year in)
- Sustainability & ESG initiatives (e.g. tree planting for new hires)
