In this high-energy role, you’ll be supercharging existing relationships and sparking new ones, all while navigating high-value contracts and fuelling growth across a spectrum of products and services.Working closely with our Commercial Director, you’ll take the wheel to steer our demand generation marketing solutions towards unprecedented heights. We’re in the market for someone armed with a formidable background in innovative B2B marketing solution sales.ResponsibilitiesDeveloping and expanding new and existing accounts.Building and nurturing trusted relationships with new and existing accounts.Selling multichannel marketing solutions that fulfil client goals and objectives.Delighting clients with market-leading account management focused on client outcomes in line with business goals.Increasing annual contract value (ACV) and average order value (AOV) across all existing accounts and developing a forward plan for new account growth.Owning and executing long-term account plans with some of the world’s largest technology organisations.Convincing clients to invest in new and innovative ways of engaging our audiences.Collaborating with sales, marketing, operations, and content teams to execute account plans, deliver on solutions, and grow revenues.Building a deep understanding of client needs to help create and contribute ideas and initiatives for new product, content, and marketing opportunities.Your DNAAs our Account Director, your professional DNA should include the following:Passionate Sales Leader: You are driven by a genuine passion for delivering excellence in B2B marketing solution sales.Self-Starter: You’re an action-oriented individual, spotting challenges and opportunities without prompt.Relationship Builder: Building and maintaining strong relationships comes naturally to you.Innovative Strategist: You have an innovative mindset and the ability to think strategically.Detail-Oriented Planner: You pay attention to the smallest details and have a planned approach to account growth.Collaborative Team Player: You thrive in a team environment and possess the ability to work collaboratively across multiple departments.Flexible and Adaptable: You understand the dynamics of working in a growing organization and can adapt to changing circumstances and priorities.Strong Communicator: Excellent communication is part of your DNA.What We Are Looking For From YouTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential responsibility satisfactorily.Proven and recent experience in consistently growing revenue from large client organisations.Experience and success in building relationships with multiple stakeholders in client organisations.Demonstrable consultative sales skills and experience.Proven ability to influence and negotiate with senior marketing professionals.A keen attention to detail and a planned approach to account growth.A collaborative, creative spark with the ability to effectively work with other departments.Ability to work effectively in a growing organisation with multiple stakeholders.Experience of developing new revenue streams through creative content, multichannel digital marketing campaigns.Experience in increasing marketing solutions spend from large international B2B organisations.Recent success in selling digital marketing solutions to the B2B technology industry is preferred but not essential.Travel ExpectationsThis is a remote working role. Travel to international events will be a regular requirement of the role.Other Skills And AbilitiesProficient in Microsoft Office 365 e.g Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams.CRM best practice (HubSpot).Equipment RequirementsBroadband Internet (minimum 10 Mbps download / 2 Mbps Upload).Office desk and chair.A suitable place to work that is noise and distraction free, warm and comfortable, and has a reliable electricity supply.Company supplied equipment includes PC, web camera, headset/speaker. All necessary software applications and licences.
