We help partners tap into Gen Z, and alongside that, we create lasting moments with them - whether that is memorable content, popular events & more.We are looking for an Account Director to join our team and support our activity with key partners - the likes of Adidas, PlayStation, BBC & more. This is an exciting role with ample room for progression. Immediate start with max 4 weeks notice is desirable.Key responsibilitiesManagement of overall delivery of a client project, from inception through to PCAOversee the day-to-day operations of the project, directing internal teams to ensure project deliverables are delivered on time & to a high qualityStrategic planning alongside the senior leadership team to ensure wider framework & creative outputs meet the client’s expectations when we executeManagement of the overall project budget; clearly defining scope, managing and negotiating costs, monitoring margin and monitoring quality of delivery targetsReview, steer and successfully execute against the full marketing funnel mix when we execute our campaigns, optimising each area effectively per launchStakeholder management with our client(s) as first senior point of contact – through high quality governance principles (daily chats, weekly calls & reports)Proactive planning of future project milestones, and anticipating future client needs & requirements as the project evolves and market shiftsMaintain firm, in-depth knowledge of client plans or the next 12 months, and provide high-level support/planning to help them reach their goalsYour required experience5+ years’ experience delivering projects in the media, advertising or football industryProven track record of delivering football campaignsDemonstrable experience managing successful project teams from end-to-endGood understanding of the advertising ecosystem; social media, digital, OOH etcClear, demonstrable experience of communicating, presenting and influencing key stakeholders of an organisationStrong commercial understanding of end-to-end marketing campaigns and assessing ROIExperience working on large-scale content productions (ideally made for digital)Experience managing client budgetsExperience working with footballers is not essential but desiredYour required skillsResults driven proactive thinkerHighly proficient & organised, with excellent attention to detailA strong sense of accountability and ownership; you take pride in your workAdvanced capability of MS office (PowerPoint/Keynote, Excel, Word)Internet savvy & proficient in social media platforms and branded contentA love for football + culturally aware of latest trends within (from brands, athletes, clubs)Great communicator – in person, on calls, via emailNaturally thrive in a fast-paced environment and thinking outside the boxHighly ambitious and entrepreneurial Our benefitsCompetitive salary with pension schemeCentral London office & WFH FridaysFree Nandos Thursdays + weekly office fruits/snacksAdditional perks like Cycle to Work schemeUnparalleled access & opportunity in the football industryRapidly growing company with long-term role progressionRising Ballers Group is proud to be an inclusive employer.
