We’re looking for an ambitious, experienced Account Director (or Senior Account Manager ready for their next big opportunity). You’ll join a long-established, independent Brand Strategy, Design, and Omnichannel Marketing agency entering an exciting new chapter of transformation and growth. With a major rebrand underway, they’re repositioning themselves as a forward-thinking, upstream strategic consultancy for some of the world’s biggest brands and boldest challengers.
From winning £1m+ pitches against global network agencies, to delivering standout work for household names across the UK, US, and India, they’re trusted to tackle complex business and brand challenges that shape markets and drive commercial success.
This award-winning Brand Strategy agency has many decades of heritage in the FMCG space, and in recent years has continually won high profile up-stream strategic projects across a range of B2B and B2C sectors including airlines, agriculture, finance, and pharma.
What you’ll be doing
The Account Director will bring existing Creative, Branding, Marketing agency experience and provide exceptional clients services, relationship development, strategic counsel (working with strategists), and help grow existing accounts – expanding on services and helping the agency unlock bigger, upstream and omnichannel opportunities. You’ll work with household name brand clients. Although an SME and independent agency, they are a “Glocal” agency (Global clients, local market knowledge, teams and expertise where their clients are based), with creative delivered from the London office, near Shoreditch.
The Account Director will deliver world-class brand, creative and omnichannel marketing projects for clients in the both the UK and India. Clients are varied and projects are career defining.

What experience you’ll need to apply
- Proven track record as an Account Director or Senior Account Manager.
- Previous experience in a Creative, Design, Brand Strategy or Integrated agency.
- Experience working with FMCG clients would be advantageous, in particular a drinks / spirits brand, but this is not essential.
- Exceptional client relationship, account management, and project delivery skills.
- Ambitious, brave, and looking to do the best work of your career – an entrepreneurial, growth mindset.
- A competitive salary in the region of £55k-£70k depending on experience + great benefits.
