Lead and nurture client relationships, becoming fluent in their brand, culture, and goals Shape long-term strategic direction and challenge the status quo with fresh perspectives Anticipate client needs and bring proactive, OutsideIn Thinking solutions to the table Keep a firm grip on revenue, forecasting, and profitability, balancing creativity with commerciality Spot opportunities to grow client business and deliver added value Foster a collaborative, adventurous environment that empowers your team to thrive Stay tuned into industry trends, digital innovation, and the evolving healthcare landscape Ensure compliance with all relevant codes of practice and legislation Support new business initiatives, pitches, and RFPs with energy and vision
What you’ll bring
Minimum 4 years in pharmaceutical marketing, or at least 2 years as a Senior Account Manager A deep understanding of pharma/healthcare challenges and opportunities Experience working across the promotional mix A sharp strategic mind with the courage to ask the braver question A talent for recognising, shaping, and presenting standout creative ideas Strong written and verbal communication skills Financial acumen and confidence managing budgets Leadership skills to develop, mentor, and inspire your team
