Account Director – Public Sector (SaaS)

Hybrid (1 day/week in Birmingham or flexible UK location)

Are you an experienced Account Director with a passion for driving value and impact within the Public Sector?

We’re supporting one of the UK’s most successful SaaS providers as they grow their Account Management function. With a market-leading platform used across Government, Healthcare, Education, and Local Authorities, this is a fantastic opportunity to join a high-performing team during a period of strong growth.

What you’ll be doing:

• Own and manage strategic relationships with a portfolio of Public Sector accounts
• Ensure customer success by aligning your clients' goals with tailored SaaS solutions
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities that drive mutual value
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders and decision-makers
• Collaborate with Customer Success, Technical and Product teams to deliver solutions that exceed expectations

What we’re looking for:

• Proven experience in SaaS Account Management or Public Sector sales
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills
• Commercially astute with a strategic mindset
