The Role We’re working with a global marketing agency that partners with some of the world’s biggest FMCG brands to deliver high-impact marketing materials, point of sale, and promotional premiums.They’re looking for an experienced Account Director to lead key client relationships, manage complex campaigns, and drive best-in-class delivery across print, POS, and premiums. You’ll be responsible for ensuring creative, production, and delivery teams are aligned — maintaining quality, timelines, and budgets across multiple markets.Key ResponsibilitiesLead day-to-day client relationships for major FMCG accounts.Oversee end-to-end campaign delivery across print, POS, and premiums.Manage budgets, timelines, and resource allocation across multiple projects.Collaborate closely with creative, production, and procurement teams.Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts and strengthen client partnerships.Provide strategic input and ensure all work aligns with brand and commercial objectives.About YouProven experience in an Account Director or Senior Account Manager role within a marketing, production, or activation agency.Essential: Strong background in POS and premiums (this is non-negotiable).Deep understanding of FMCG marketing — ideally across multiple retail channels.Confident managing complex projects across multiple markets.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Organised, proactive, and comfortable balancing creative and commercial priorities.Why You’ll Love It You’ll be joining a collaborative, global team that delivers work seen by millions worldwide.
