This is a high-impact, operations-focused role requiring someone who thrives in fast-paced, operationally complex environments and can seamlessly manage a large team, while juggling multiple high-profile campaigns simultaneously. Master juggler – oversee numerous campaigns simultaneously, ensuring nothing slips through the cracks. Build and implement operational processes and systems to drive efficiency at scale.Line Manager - Ability to hold direct reports accountable and provide insightful and strategic solutions and recommendations to support the growth, retention and organisation of partnership accounts. Delegate effectively while maintaining oversight and accountability across all projects.Team Mentor - Working with your direct reports to nurture growth and development through Influencer\'s personal development plan structure. Lead by example, setting the standard for operational excellence and client servicePartnership Management - Serve as primary point of contact for key platform partnerships (TikTok, Meta). Build and maintain strategic relationships with partners and high-profile clients, positioning us as a trusted, reliable partner.Champion partnership opportunities - Drive revenue growth within the partnerships division, identifying new opportunities across Branded Content, Performance, UGC and Production.Strategic Campaign Delivery - Expert knowledge of branded content best practices and content production for paid media activations. Deep understanding of platform features, formats, and cross-funnel marketing solutions.Project Management of multiple projects simultaneously - Delegating projects and tasks to your team, being the senior point of contact for all partnership clients and ensuring the highest level of client service is delivered.Highly-organised - Effectively collaborating with internal stakeholders including but not limited to Operations, Finance and Production.
