Account Director | Up to £55k | Bournemouth / Hybrid

Our Client:
A South-East based Digital Marketing agency that has seen 25% growth year after year, a stable and growing organisation looking to further bolster their team.
If development, growth and progression are important to you, then this is the place to be. Our client identifies areas to further enhance, arranging courses and training which allow you to further improve and grow.
We’ve worked closely with this business for 18 months, successfully placing seven candidates this year, all absolutely loving the move they made!
They’re a full-service creative marketing agency that bases its client strategies around data-driven factors. Working with well-known brands and businesses that stand for something special, our client is looking for a like-minded person who wants to be part of this unique journey.
With plenty of socials throughout the year, hybrid working, training and development, flexible working and much more, this platform & environment is how it should be done!
Hybrid role, Monday and Thursday in the office, rest at home. – however, the office is open every day, if you’d prefer to work from the office!
The Position:
Now, this is the exciting part…
This role is the first of it’s kind within the business, with new client wins, existing clients and some rather larger accounts, they’re looking to bolster their team with experience.
You’ll be heading up the Client Services team, whilst managing some of the agency’s largest clients. Working alongside the Head of Digital to ensure strategies are executed as planned.
We’re looking for someone who is creative, is process driven and bring new processes and ideas to the table. Someone who loves strategy and commercial conversation with clients and within presentation and proposal stages.
We’re looking for either a Senior Account Manager to make the step up or someone in a similar role who wants to continue their development. Ideally, depending on your experience the future of this person would be Head of Client Services.
This role is truly an exciting opportunity within a great team!
About you:
- Marketing Agency experience
- Account Management of larger accounts is a must
- Ability to lead and manage a team
- Effective and Confident communicator
- Ability to motivate and inspire others
