Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for branding and design? Do you thrive in fast-paced, creatively charged environments? We’re looking for a dynamic Account Director to join a London design studio on a 12-month maternity cover contract, starting early January 2026.

Join one of London’s most respected branding and design agencies, known for pushing boundaries and delivering award-winning work across sectors. You’ll be stepping into a leadership role, guiding talented teams and partnering with clients to bring bold, intelligent ideas to life.

What We’re Looking For

Minimum 7 years’ experience in branding and design – agency-side is essential.
Proven commercial and financial acumen – you're confident managing budgets, scopes, and profitability.
A creative thinker who understands the power of brand and design to drive business.
A natural leader and team player – you inspire those around you while keeping collaboration at your core.
Confident and articulate with excellent communication skills – both with clients and internal teams.
Experience in new business and pitch leadership, helping secure exciting opportunities.
A trusted mentor to more junior team members, providing support, structure, and guidance.

In This Role, you willl:

Lead key client relationships, ensuring strategic excellence and creative ambition.
Collaborate closely with designers, strategists, and senior leadership.
Drive commercial success across projects – from scoping and resourcing to delivery and reporting.
Represent the agency in new business pitches, with an eye for growth opportunities.
Help foster a supportive, energised studio culture.
