Independent, female-founded, and proudly one of the UK’s top social agencies, we partner with challenger brands and global names to shape culture online.We’re looking for an experienced Client Services Manager to cover maternity leave and help lead the charge across key clients. This is a client-first role with social and creative at its heart: approximately 70% client relationships and 30% team and project leadership. You’ll be the link between our clients and our creative teams, ensuring projects stay smooth, strategic and on point.
Responsibilities
Leading client relationships across multiple accounts (from fashion to lifestyle, F&B to luxury).
Acting as the key liaison between clients and internal teams.
Running client calls and writing clear, actionable recaps.
Scoping, scheduling and managing budgets and timelines.
Guiding the team through feedback loops and delivery.
Supporting pitches and proposals, with a sharp eye on growth opportunities.
Celebrating wins and flagging issues early to stay one step ahead.
Qualifications
4+ years of experience in client services (social-first agency preferred).
Natural organiser with exceptional communication skills.
Experience building and sustaining client trust and long-term relationships.
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
Proactive, solutions-focused and calm under pressure.
Ability to motivate and maximize output from creative teams.
Fluent with workflow tools like Trello, Asana, Productive, and more.

Salary: DOE – benchmarked to industry standards
28 days holiday plus a two-week agency-wide switch-off at Christmas/New Year.
