Sodexo South Cambridgeshire, England, United Kingdom Account Director Full-time position based in the South of England. Salary £80k–90k + 15% bonus. The Role You’ll be responsible for delivering contracts within agreed terms, SLAs, and compliance standards, managing financial and commercial aspects including P&L, forecasting and budgeting. You will drive revenue growth, innovation, and efficiency, build strong long‑term client relationships, lead and develop large, diverse teams, ensure health & safety compliance, manage risk, compliance and business continuity, and embed a high‑performance, people‑focused culture. What We’re Looking For
Proven leadership in large Technical Services contracts HNC/BIFM or equivalent senior management experience Strong P&L and multi‑site operational management skills Experience managing large teams and shifting priorities Excellent financial acumen, communication and client engagement skills NEBOSH/IOSH Managing Safely and CIEH Level 3 qualifications Technical Services experience in corporate/critical environments (preferred)
