This is not just a company with plans, it is a business already making them happen.With year on year growth targets of 15 to 20 percent, they are now looking for a commercially astute Account Director to help accelerate that trajectory. Reporting to an empowering Commercial Director, you will have the support and freedom to make a real impact both commercially and strategically.Alongside this, the earning potential is exceptional. With a best in class commission structure (up to 100 percent OTE), you will be rewarded in line with your results and play a key role in shaping the direction of a company that blends the agility of a scale up with the maturity and structure of a much larger organisation.What we are looking for:Proven experience in public sector sales (highly advantageous)Strong relationship building and communication skillsBackground in telecommunications, networking, IT or technical B2B salesConfident negotiator and proactive problem solverA track record of success across both new business and account growthIf you are ready for a role where you can step up, stand out and grow with a business on the rise, we would love to hear from you.
