The position requires a minimum of 4+ years working within a media agency environment and preferably with gaming industry knowledge. We need an enthusiastic and pro-active candidate who is accustomed to the pressures and quick turnarounds of key account handling across all media. The candidate should showcase specific skills and experience relating to digital buying and planning.

Responsibilities and Requirements:

• Minimum 4+ years in a media agency, preferably with gaming industry experience.
• Experience in digital buying, planning, and managing social media campaigns.
• Familiarity with insight tools like TGI, Comscore, YouGov, and digital platforms such as Facebook Business Manager and Google AdWords.
• Ability to have well-informed client conversations, channel neutrality, and a focus on brand, performance, and content strategies.
• Curiosity about business, marketing, gaming, and media, with a drive for high standards.
• Leadership skills to manage a team of 2, including an Account Manager and an Account Executive, within a larger team.

Additional skills in client relationship management, industry knowledge, and a passion for entertainment and gaming are highly valued.

Reporting to the Business Director, working in a team of 6, handling media across EMEA & APAC territories.

Other Information:

• Office hours: 9.15am – 5.30pm, Monday to Friday.
• 25 days holiday per year, 4 days mental health allowance.
• Hybrid working (3 days in the office).
