Based out of our London office, as Account Director in our EMEA Comms & Media vertical, you’ll be the strategic account owner ofkey high-value customers. As such, you will be instrumental to our regional growth plans by building and maintaining key relationships, driving growth through commercial and strategic planning, and delivering best-in-class service.As a key member of the EMEA Account Management team, this is more than a customer success role—it's a strategic growth engine. This is a pivotal role in our sales and account management function, and you’ll represent Hansen at the highest levels. Your work will directly shape how our clients operate and innovate; where they derive value, so do we!What You’ll DoOwn the customer relationship – be the primary commercial contact and executive voice for strategic clientsMaximise revenue and margin – manage invoicing, renewals, extensions, and new opportunities across your accountsEnsure delivery excellence – coordinate with delivery managers to ensure all commitments, SLAs, and service levels are exceededDrive account growth – build and execute strategic account plans to retain and grow Hansen’s footprint within key accountsPresent with impact – represent Hansen professionally to clients from operations to board level, driving trust and alignmentOwn the contract lifecycle – oversee approvals, amendments, and ensure Hansen and the client operate within commercial guardrailsAct as an escalation point – manage operational issues and drive internal alignment to support customer successWhat You BringProven Account Management or other relevant client-facing experience.Background in Telecoms, PayTV or subscription-based services is essential.Strong commercial acumen with a focus on long-term value creation, and ability to align solutions with customer pain points.Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.A track record of managing multiple accounts with precision and professionalism.Willingness to travel across EMEALanguage skills: native or fluent English is essential, whilst other languages are highly beneficial.Hansen is a people-first organization and, as such, this is an onsite role.We are proud to be an equal opportunities employer.
