Founded by OG YouTube creator Caspar Lee & entrepreneur Ben Jeffries, Influencer has been helping brands navigate the ever-evolving influencer marketing landscape since 2015. Overview of the job
In this exciting role you will be working directly with a major global media agency partnership and social platforms. You will work collaboratively with the London team and report into the Senior Account Director, while being responsible for successfully nurturing and growing our key agency relationship across Europe.

Measures of success –
In the first few months, you would have:
- Established as a leader within the team internally, and a trusted point of contact with our agency partners and their clients.
- Deeply understand the campaign process and oversee multiple campaigns with minimal delays.
- See agency partners re-book campaigns, following the success of prior campaigns and client service.
- Internal champion of partnership best practices within Influencer, upholding high standards of partnership delivery.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Strong focus on the growth and development of new campaign opportunities through the agency partnership, with expert knowledge of the creator industry.
- Operational and strategic mindset - identifying new revenue streams and growth opportunities within the agency partnership across their client portfolio.
- Building and implementing operational processes and efficiencies to drive streamlined ways of working and drive impactful results within your team.
- Key stakeholder in developing partnership processes and ensuring seamless integration between Influencer and agency teams.
- Line manager - can hold direct reports accountable and provide insightful and strategic solutions and recommendations to support the growth, retention and organisation of their accounts.
- Team mentor - working with your direct reports to nurture growth and development through Influencer's personal development plan structure.
- Leads by example, growing and nurturing our agency partnership, positioning us as a trusted, reliable partner while maintaining and enhancing our reputation.
- A main point of contact for agency partners and their clients, considered to be a reliable and responsive team leader, and industry expert.
- Can source and sign-off on effective solutions for complex campaign related issues.
- Expert knowledge of creator-led campaigns and how influencer marketing integrates within broader media strategies and agency processes.
- Highly-organised, effectively collaborating with internal stakeholders including but not limited to Operations, Finance and Production.
- Acute attention to detail, tracking and reporting internally on campaign delivery, performance and ensuring all projects are invoiced in a timely manner.
- Project Management of multiple projects simultaneously; delegating projects and tasks to your team, being the senior point of contact for all agency partners and ensuring the highest level of client service is delivered.
- Knowledge of different platform features, formats and placements as well as paid media and cross-funnel marketing solutions.
What you will need
- 1+ years\' working as an Account Director and the ability to not just help us win business, but the ability to nurture and grow our agency relationships.
- Existing experience in influencer marketing or media/advertising.
- Experience working with media agencies or agency holding companies, understanding their processes and stakeholder structures.
- Experience working with project management tools, such as Monday.com.
- You are passionate about and have an understanding of influencer marketing, social media and digital marketing and how it\'s evolving.
- You are commercially aware, organised, confident and communicate exceptionally well.
- You are meticulous with your planning and can think of creative ways to get ahead of the game and exceed your targets.
- You are a self starter and happy to work autonomously as well as part of a team.
