This is a full-time role working 40 hours per week. On offer is a competitive salary, company vehicle or allowance, bonus and benefits package.The role holder will provide leadership across all elements of the Royal Blackburn Teaching Hospital contract with a strong focus on service delivery, commercial matters and client relationship management.Reporting to the Operations Director, the Account Director will be the senior lead for communicating and delivering the strategic direction across the contract.Key ResponsibilitiesLead, direct and motivate the contract team to enable contribution to the best of their ability and maximise their potential.Responsible for the management of the service delivery which meets/exceeds the needs of internal and external customersEnsure maintenance is carried out in line with agreed service levels.Ensure effective working relationships are enhanced with key stakeholders by regularly exceeding the standard of work delivered and coordinating all Hard services activities across the sites.Fully support the Operations Director in all aspects of contract delivery and future growth and in preparing and delivering budgets.Deliver the business strategy in the service area for Equans and achieve service objectives and profit while maintaining a high level of Customer satisfaction.Represent Equans professionally in all Operational matters through sound decision making.Grow the business reputation and longer-term business opportunities through effective client relationship management and customer service excellence.Celebrate success and drive continuous improvement with the teams.Develop staff and ensure all have been provided with the mandatory and best practice training required to enable them to have the capability to carry out their roles.Plan for further succession planning and self-delivery in line with Equans objectives.Health, Safety, Quality and the EnvironmentDevelops and maintains a behavioral Health and Safety culture throughout the project.Shares best practice across the wider businessEnsures all sites are operating and audited (by the SHEQ and compliance team) in line with the BMS and Local operating proceduresCarries out regular behavioral Health and Safety coaching at site level.Commercial, Finance & Contract DeliveryDevelops challenging but achievable budgets for the operations including profit improvement plans for the project.Ensures financial and operational compliance in line with annual budgets set.Works as part of the Senior Leadership Team responsible for developing an efficient organisational structure, strategy setting, client relationship building, business development and project management.Ensures effective working relationships are enhanced with key stakeholders by regularly exceeding the standard of work delivered and delivering leadership to the contract managers across the projectGrows business reputation and longer-term business opportunities through effective client relationship management and looking for?Experience of managing contract finances including P&Ls, WIP, etc.Significant experience operating at a senior level delivering contract servicesExperience of performance related contracts and management systemsGood presentation, influencing and motivation skills, with experience of managing a teamAble to ensure contractual and legislative complianceSignificant experience operating at a
