Account Director

An established healthcare communications agency is looking for an Account Director to join its creative business unit where you’ll lead client relationships across pharmaceutical brand and marketing campaigns.
This position involves leading the day-to-day client relationships, ensuring smooth delivery of integrated campaigns and acting as a key point of contact for senior stakeholders. You’ll be a trusted member of the team, managing multiple workstreams, overseeing budgets and working closely with internal teams to deliver highly creative work.
About the role:
Lead client relationships, ensuring strategic alignment and consistent delivery
Oversee the development and execution of brand, advertising and marketing campaigns
Manage project timelines, budgets and resources ensuring financial accuracy and timely delivery
Collaborate with internal teams including creative, strategy and medical to ensure cohesive execution
Support organic growth within accounts and contribute to new business activity
About you:
Solid experience in healthcare communications agency
Strong understanding of pharmaceutical brand strategy and campaign delivery
Proven ability to manage budgets, timelines and client expectations
Confident communicator with experience leading client meetings
A proactive, organised and solutions-focused approach
