About the role

As Account Director, you'll be supporting the Group Account Director and managing a small team of Account Managers. You\'ll be responsible for managing a portfolio of exciting FMCG, sports and fashion brands, delivering strategic solutions to connect them with their target audience. You\'ll work with a budget and have a commercial mindset to grow the business by spotting opportunities and developing relationships with clients. Campaigns span across brand strategy, creative concept, production and delivery, including videography, photography, installations, POS, digital, events and shoots.

About you

To be considered for this Account Director role, we\'re looking for someone with experience in an integrated/creative agency with brand activations, shoots and some retail exposure. You should understand structure, manage your own time, and be ready to work with high-end brands within a reputable team delivering highly creative campaigns. This is a great opportunity with ambitious growth plans.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Group Account Director and manage a small team of Account Managers.
  • Serve a portfolio of FMCG, sports and fashion brands with strategic, creative and production-led solutions.
  • Grow business by identifying opportunities and developing client relationships.
  • Oversee campaigns from concept through production and delivery across channels (video, photography, installations, POS, digital, events, shoots).

Qualifications

  • Experience in an integrated/creative agency with brand activations and shoots.
  • Retail exposure is desirable.
  • Strong time management, budgeting and commercial acumen.
