Job Description
We’re hiring for an Account Director!You will play a crucial role in leading client relationships and delivering digital CRM and Customer Engagement work for one of Publicis Groupe’s biggest global accounts. You’ll be responsible for managing end-to-end project delivery, developing client strategies, and driving business growth — directly supporting our mission to build best-in-class digital experiences through collaboration, innovation, and commercial excellence. Responsibilities
What you’ll be doing
Own the day-to-day relationship with the client, ensuring all requests are managed professionally and promptly
Deliver high-quality work on time and on budget across CRM, Customer Engagement, and digital solutions
Build trusted client relationships, positioning yourself as a strategic advisor
Understand your client’s business landscape and identify opportunities where digital solutions can help meet their goals
Monitor competitors and share relevant insights with internal and client teams
Manage forecasting and commercial performance of the account
Lead end-to-end delivery of campaigns and initiatives, including results reporting and case study creation
Qualifications
Skills we’re looking for
Proven experience in account management, with deep CRM and digital marketing expertise
Ability to manage fast-paced work environments and adapt to shifting priorities
Previous experience working on global and/or regional accounts
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to simplify complex ideas
Solid experience in team leadership and collaboration across disciplines
Skilled in proposal writing, strategic planning, and stakeholder persuasion
Confident problem-solver with strong organisational and presentation skills
