You’ll be stepping into a leadership role, guiding talented teams and partnering with clients to bring bold, intelligent ideas to life.What We’re Looking ForMinimum 7 years’ experience in branding and design – agency-side is essential.Proven commercial and financial acumen – you're confident managing budgets, scopes, and profitability.A creative thinker who understands the power of brand and design to drive business.A natural leader and team player – you inspire those around you while keeping collaboration at your core.Confident and articulate with excellent communication skills – both with clients and internal teams.Experience in new business and pitch leadership, helping secure exciting opportunities.A trusted mentor to more junior team members, providing support, structure, and guidance.In This Role, you willl:Lead key client relationships, ensuring strategic excellence and creative ambition.Collaborate closely with designers, strategists, and senior leadership.Drive commercial success across projects – from scoping and resourcing to delivery and reporting.Represent the agency in new business pitches, with an eye for growth opportunities.Help foster a supportive, energised studio culture.What You’ll Get:The chance to work with some of the industry’s best creative talent.A collaborative, design-led environment where your voice is valued.Competitive day rate/salary (dependent on experience).Hybrid working setup (London-based studio).If you're ready to make your mark on some exceptional work and lead with confidence, we’d love to hear from you.
