We are seeking an exceptional Contract Director to lead the delivery of world-class, premium hospitality for a globally renowned motorsport partner. Representing a high-profile client at the pinnacle of performance sport, this role is an extraordinary chance to make a global impact in a fast-paced, elite environment.
Acting as the lead ambassador for the contract, you will oversee all catering operations, manage a team of HoD and Managers, and ensure every aspect of service reflects excellence. You’ll bring together logistics, people leadership, commercial management, and operational execution to ensure seamless delivery across all destinations.
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives under pressure, makes confident decisions, and demonstrates unshakable attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities of the role:
- Oversee all aspects of the contract, ensuring premium hospitality standards are delivered consistently.
- Act as primary point of contact for the client, building trusted, senior-level relationships.
- Ensure seamless day-to-day operations and act as the on-site lead at key global events.
- Develop and lead a high-performing senior hospitality team and provide continuous support & development.
- Uphold exceptional service standards and elevate guest experiences by championing service excellence & professional culture.
- Manage complex international logistics and procurement.
- Monitor & manage budgets, driving efficiency without compromising on quality.
Candidate Profile
- 5+ years’ experience in contract, event, or operations management within elite hospitality or sports.
- A balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution in high-pressure environments.
- Outstanding leadership and team development capabilities.
- Strong commercial acumen with a focus on operational excellence and cost control.
- A track record of resolving complex and diverse logistics challenges.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Calm, assertive, and highly organised under pressure.
- A passion for Formula 1 and motorsport is highly desirable.
We are looking for a dynamic, experienced leader with a proven track record in delivering high-end, large-scale hospitality—ideally in fast-moving, international sporting environments.
