OverviewWe're seeking an exceptional Account Director for a 3-month fixed-term contract with a focus on our platform partnerships and some of our most high-profile clients. This is a high-impact, operations-focused role requiring someone who thrives in fast-paced, operationally complex environments and can seamlessly manage a large team, while juggling multiple high-profile campaigns simultaneously. You will work collaboratively with the London team and report into the Senior Account Director, while being responsible for successfully nurturing and growing our partnerships across Europe.3 Best Things About The JobPlatform partnerships – Work at the heart of our strategic relationships with major platforms like TikTok and Meta.Operational challenge – Orchestrate multiple campaigns simultaneously with precision and efficiency, leading a substantial team.Leadership opportunity – Manage and mentor a team in a dynamic environment with potential for contract extension.Measures of SuccessIn the first few months, you would have:Established yourself as the operational backbone of the partnerships team and a trusted point of contact with our platform partners and clients.Successfully managed your team through multiple concurrent campaigns with minimal delays.Built trust with platform partners and clients as a reliable, expert point of contact.Implemented processes that improve efficiency and campaign delivery standards across the partnerships team.Contributed to client retention and partnership growth through exceptional operational delivery.Roles & ResponsibilitiesOperational Excellence & Team Leadership - Manage and mentor a team across multiple concurrent partnership campaigns. Build and implement operational processes and systems to drive efficiency at scale.Line Manager - Hold direct reports accountable and provide insightful and strategic solutions to support growth, retention and organisation of partnership accounts. Delegate effectively while maintaining oversight.Team Mentor - Nurture growth and development through Influencer's development plan structure. Lead by example for operational excellence and client service.Partnership Management - Serve as primary contact for key platform partnerships (TikTok, Meta). Build and maintain strategic relationships with partners and high-profile clients.Champion Partnership Opportunities - Drive revenue growth within the partnerships division, identifying opportunities across Branded Content, Performance, UGC and Production.Strategic Campaign Delivery - Expertise in branded content best practices and content production for paid media activations. Understand platform features and cross-funnel marketing solutions.Project Management - Manage multiple projects, delegating tasks to your team and ensuring high levels of client service for partnership clients.Cross-functional Collaboration - Work with Operations, Finance and Production to source and sign-off effective solutions for campaign issues.Attention to Detail - Track and report on campaign delivery and ensure invoicing is timely across campaigns.What You Will NeedProven experience as an Account Director with success in business growth and client retention.Experience leading teams in a fast-paced agency environment.Extensive campaign delivery experience with deep operational knowledge of end-to-end influencer marketing campaigns.Experience in influencer marketing, partnerships, media or advertising.Knowledge of branded content best practices and content production for paid media activations.Experience with project management tools (e.g., Monday.com).Operations mindset – passion for processes, systems, and organisation.Strong multitasking ability – manage numerous campaigns and priorities simultaneously.Passion for influencer marketing, social media, platform partnerships and digital marketing trends.Commercial awareness, organisation, confidence and excellent communication.Meticulous planning with a proactive approach to exceeding targets.Self-starter who can work autonomously and lead a large team.Preferably direct experience with platform partnerships (TikTok, Meta, YouTube, etc).BenefitsPrivate Healthcare through VitalityWellbeing support through Vitality including EAP & Mental Health cover25 days of Annual Leave (+ Bank Holidays, flex to your needs)For more information on our benefits, perks and what makes us unique, please visit our website.
