You’ll act as a day-to-day adviser to clients, contribute to strategy and execution, and help build and nurture a collaborative, high-performing team.From day one, you will:Lead the day-to-day running of client accounts, ensuring work is well-planned, delivered on time, and to a high standardDraft communications plans and materials with confidence and clarityShape media strategies and build strong relationships with journalists and stakeholdersContribute to new business opportunities, including research and proposal developmentCollaborate with senior team members to ensure a joined-up and strategic approachSupport junior colleagues by offering constructive feedback and mentoringHelp manage team workloads to ensure they are balanced and sustainableWho We’re Looking ForA strong background in corporate communications and media engagementExperience building trusted relationships with clients and colleaguesConfidence in writing and editing clear, engaging communications materialsAwareness of the media and political landscape and how it influences reputationA collaborative, inclusive, and proactive approach to teamworkA commitment to high-quality delivery and supporting the development of othersInterest in using digital and social platforms as part of modern communicationsA commercial mindset and understanding of client and agency operationsExperience working across retail, energy, finance, or with household brand names is a bonus — but not essential.We’re proud to be an inclusive organisation and we actively welcome applicants from all backgrounds.
