A global integrated marketing agency is looking for an Account Director to join its client services team. You’ll oversee key client partnerships, deliver integrated influencer-led campaigns, and help shape strategies for some of the world’s most exciting brands.Role: Account DirectorSalary: £60,000 per annumLocation: London (Liverpool Street) – Hybrid, 3 days per week onsiteWhat you’ll be doing:Oversee day-to-day client relationships, ensuring campaigns are delivered to the highest standardLead on strategy, planning, and execution of influencer and integrated campaignsRetain and grow accounts through proactive partnership and strong commercial awarenessManage and mentor a team of Senior Account Managers, Account Managers and Account ExecutivesProvide thought leadership on industry trends, insights, and best practice to clients and colleaguesSupport new business pitches with confidence and strategic inputEnsure budgets, reporting, and financial processes are accurate and well-managedBuild strong relationships with external partners including influencers, agents, media partners, and production teamsWhat you’ll need:5+ years’ experience in a senior account management role within an agency environmentProven experience managing and growing client accountsStrong understanding of client service and campaign strategyHighly organised, detail-driven, and calm under pressureA natural leader with the ability to motivate and mentor teamsPassion for influencer marketing, digital trends, and emerging platformsWhat’s on offer:£60,000 per annumHybrid working – 3 days per week in London offices (Liverpool Street)Opportunity to lead accounts for globally recognised consumer brandsA collaborative, creative, and fast-paced agency cultureIf you’re an experienced account director who thrives in a creative agency setting and enjoys working with global brands, this is an excellent opportunity to take the lead on high-profile campaigns.
