Account Executive (ASAP)

We’re looking for a brilliant and creative Account Director to join our fast-growing sports communications agency. The dream candidate will be a positive and collaborative leader with outstanding communication skills, creativity, high standards and a drive to help their team shape and deliver high quality work.

The Account Director will play a hugely important role within MatchFit, joining the extended Management Team and leading several of our world-class clients, reporting into our Head of Clients and, at times, Co-Founders. You will also be responsible for line-managing an Account Manager and Account Executives as you further develop your future leadership and agency management credentials.
A key aspect of this specific role will be a focus on our entertainment brand clients such as LiveScore Group, which comprises the portfolio brands LiveScore, LiveScore Bet and Virgin Bet, as well as other new clients within our growing client roster following some game-changing new business wins. You will have excellent brand experience, and be comfortable working with elite talent and ambassadors across consumer campaigns, as well as an ability to navigate clients through the unique challenges of B2B campaigns. - New business bonus: Up to and including Account Director level, any employee who makes a direct introduction is entitled to a bonus, calculated as 10% of total fees received in the first 12 months of a client contract.
