Job Purpose:

Account Support Executive to work within a busy internal sales team, managing a valued portfolio of existing customers. Products and services include software modules, consultancy, and support. Our benefits are excellent, and the OTE is attractive.

The role is office-based, focusing on upselling and promoting products via webinars, calls, and emails. Typical products include additional modules, consultancy, and support renewals. There is potential for career progression. This role involves no cold calling; it is focused on upselling to NEC's existing customer base.
