    An experienced Chartered Accountant is required to launch and develop an international accounting firm in London. As a partner, you will have the opportunity to play a crucial role in the growth and management of the firm, contributing to its strategic vision, business expansion, and delivery of high-quality services to a diverse clientele.RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Participate in the development of the firm's overall strategy and in defining growth objectives.
  • Manage and supervise operational activities, including tax planning, accounting management, regulatory compliance, and financial advisory.
  • Ensure the quality of services provided by maintaining high standards of professionalism and compliance with applicable regulations.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, while identifying new business opportunities to expand the client base.
  • Mentor and support a team of accounting professionals, fostering their professional growth and technical excellence.
  • Represent the firm at professional events, conferences, and business networks to strengthen its visibility and reputation in the market.

    • The Successful Applicant

  • Chartered Accountant diploma in France or the UK.
  • Significant experience in an accounting firm, with strong expertise in operations management, business development, and client service.
  • Team management and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and make strategic decisions.
  • Results-oriented, with a commitment to excellence in client service and business development.
  • Fluency in French is required
