Your new company In this role, you'll be working on our Southwest Water contract, where we work on repairs and maintenance services to provide reliable, efficient, and high-quality drinking water and wastewater services. You must hold strong customer service background and be confident speaking to people. 100% office based. 8:00-16:30 Mon to Fri £12.60 per hour

Your new role You will be working on a SouthWest Water contract working on repairs and maintenance systems to ensure everything runs smoothly for the client and the customers.

What you'll need to succeed Excellent IT and communication skills Willingness to upskill - Comprehensive training will be provided Ability to comply with role start -finish times Fast learner with systems and admin Customer service, confidence and excellence Customer service experience required Ability to adapt and evolve with change Excellent telephone manner Potential to become permanent (so long term for the right person)
