Job Description:
The Advisory Consulting team is a small, but rapidly growing team in Bristol and London that supports businesses in a range of situations, from companies experiencing underperformance, to successful businesses looking to further optimise and grow.

As an Associate Director in the Advisory Consulting team, you will work with corporate clients, private equity investors, and lenders on projects ranging from business turnaround to value creation. You will lead engagements and collaborate with other S&W teams such as Tax, Restructuring, Transaction Services, and Corporate Finance.
Responsibilities include:
- Lead complex client engagements, ensuring high-quality, timely delivery
- Be proactive in project delivery with a 'get things done' attitude
- Manage client relationships at senior stakeholder levels
- Shape and oversee projects, including scoping and invoicing
- Mentor junior team members
- Drive new business opportunities
- Support development of new service offerings
- Promote continuous learning within the team
Qualifications:
- Experience in business turnaround and transformation programs
- Experience with mid-market firms is advantageous
- Strong financial and operational understanding
- Leadership experience in multidisciplinary teams
- Ability to build senior client relationships
- Familiarity with financial models and dashboards
- Professional qualifications (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, MBA) preferred
