What began as a Berlin-based start up has since grown into a global media technology powerhouse, operating across 25 markets from New York to São Paulo to Singapore.
At its core is a belief that technology should elevate storytelling, not replace it. Their proprietary AI platform translates an advertiser’s audience and objectives into contextual, meaningful segments that perform seamlessly across CTV, online video, and beyond. Combine that with innovative, interactive creative formats and data rich measurement, and you have campaigns that do not just reach consumers but resonate with them.
Now entering its next phase of growth, the business is looking for an Agency Sales Director to lead relationships with some of the most influential agency groups in the UK including Publicis Media (Zenith, Starcom, Publicis Imagine, Spark Foundry) and Havas. This is a senior commercial role for someone who thrives on shaping partnerships, unlocking opportunities, and driving meaningful growth in a rapidly evolving video ecosystem.
You will be responsible for setting the commercial agenda across these agency networks, building strategic relationships, identifying new revenue streams, and championing the value of innovative video solutions. You will work closely with client leads, planners, and trading teams to design campaigns that balance creativity, context, and performance. In short, you will be the connector between cutting edge media technology and the agencies defining tomorrow’s advertising landscape.
We are looking for someone who combines sharp commercial instinct with deep industry knowledge, a self starter with a strong network in the agency world, particularly across video, programmatic, and digital channels. You are confident in a room, credible with senior stakeholders, and driven by results. But you also bring warmth, curiosity, and a collaborative mindset that inspires trust and momentum.
