You will report directly to the Partners, acting as a key voice in defining the consultancy’s future – both commercially and technically. This is a strategic and hands-on leadership role where you will:Own and drive the analytics and AI strategy practice, working with Partners to set direction and achieve growth goalsLead end-to-end consulting engagements, from scoping to delivery, ensuring measurable impact and client valueUpskill and mentor consultants, raising technical and consulting standards across engineering, analytics, data science, and visualisationAct as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, running workshops and shaping priorities, KPIs, and roadmapsPartner with delivery teams to ensure projects run smoothly, deliverables hit the mark, and clients remain delightedPlay a key role in revenue growth, supporting business development and helping to win, shape, and grow strategic accountsDrive innovation by identifying where emerging tech (AI/ML, automation) adds value and bringing it into client solutionsYour Skills & ExperienceSignificant experience in a consulting leadership role (Head of / Director / MD of Practice) at a data-focused consultancy or fast-growth firmProven ability to scale a team or practice, with measurable impact on revenue growthStrong grounding across the data spectrum – engineering, analytics, data science, visualisation, and AI/ML – with the ability to think strategicallyExceptional stakeholder engagement and commercial acumen – able to win trust, shape deals, and deliver resultsA passion for people leadership: coaching, mentoring, and developing high-performing teamsEnergy, drive, and a low-ego, high-impact approach to leadershipThe Benefits £120,000 – £150,000 base salaryLTIP, equity options & bonuses How to ApplyPlease register your interest by sending your CV to Adam Osborne at Harnham via the Apply link on this page
