Job Title: Associate Director - Asset Finance

Locations: Manchester, Birmingham, Stoke, Chester, Bristol, Southampton, Maidstone, Watford, Colchester, Milton Keynes, Norwich, Newcastle, Leeds, Sheffield, Glasgow, Edinburgh

Hours: Full-Time

Work Pattern: Hybrid, involving at least two days per week at an office site

About the Role:

The Asset Finance Team delivers cashflow solutions to UK trading businesses. We are expanding and seeking six Associate Directors to join various regions, offering opportunities to develop and lead in asset finance.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and originate Asset Finance business through multiple channels
• Utilize product knowledge to maximize delivery
• Maintain relationships with key stakeholders
• Engage in structured prospecting activities
• Structure financial solutions and negotiate deals
• Build external networks to maximize opportunities

Requirements:

• Experience in financial services, preferably in Commercial Finance, Leasing, or Asset Finance
• Client-facing sales and negotiation skills
• Understanding of Asset Finance and financial analysis
• Established network of clients and introducers (preferred)
• Ability to analyze financial data and write credit reports
• Stakeholder management skills
