Perfect role if you feel ready to be the office lead and leading expert in Building Surveying base din Sheffield but don't yet have the experience in able to win new work as they have the clients and projects already locked in, it's simply down to finding the right person who likes the idea of building a surveying team with the right technical knowledge.

The workload is varied ranging from large scale education, industrial and residential projects. As a result, they are looking for building surveyors with experience in a broad range of sectors and in return, they offer a full career plan for you to lead to Director level with potential shares in the business.

Building Surveying still represents a smaller part of the business but with their local networks they have, they see this discipline as a large growth area of the business offering you an integral role to help develop this sector to the next level.
