The position offers significant client exposure, supporting a diverse portfolio of commercial property projects while mentoring junior team members and helping shape the future of the business. The role will involve professional and project-based work, including acquisition and dilapidation surveys, planned preventative maintenance, contract administration, project management, and statutory compliance. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong leadership skills, commercial awareness, and a collaborative mindset.
