Bring your skills to the mix as an Associate Director in Civil Engineering. You'll play a vital role in business development and civil engineering on Transformational Programmes for critical UK infrastructure, with opportunities to work on iconic engineering projects at home and abroad.

We specialise in all aspects of civil engineering across sectors such as Aviation, Defence, Energy, Cities & Development, Education, and Water. We provide industry-leading civil engineering solutions throughout the project lifecycle, including client-side support and construction phases. We currently have opportunities in our Epsom, London, Bristol, Exeter, Birmingham, Manchester, Newcastle, and Glasgow offices.

Your Purpose

• Own and direct teams undertaking technical design work following relevant standards and codes, maintaining high quality.
• Define briefs, scopes of work, and contribute to bid proposals.
• Manage time and budgets effectively to meet project milestones and deadlines.
• Collaborate with UK and overseas teams to deliver integrated design solutions.
• Set quality assurance standards in design.
• Develop and manage civil engineering capabilities within the practice.

What you can bring

• Chartered Civil Engineer.
• Experience in design delivery, including multidisciplinary design.
• Knowledge of external works design such as utilities, surfaces, earthworks, accessibility, logistics, and familiarity with UK standards.
