As an Associate Director in Electrical Engineering, you'll play a crucial role in electrical engineering on transformational programmes for critical UK infrastructure, with opportunities to work on iconic projects at home and abroad.
We specialise in electrical engineering across sectors like Water, Aviation, Defence, Energy, Cities & Development, and Education. Your Purpose
- Own and direct teams undertaking technical design work following relevant standards and codes.
- Define briefs, scopes of work, and contribute to bid proposals.
- Manage time and budgets to meet project milestones.
- Collaborate with teams in the UK and overseas for integrated design solutions.
- Set quality assurance standards in design.
- Develop and manage electrical engineering capabilities within the practice.
What you can bring
- Chartered Electrical Engineer.
- Experience in design delivery, including multidisciplinary design.
- Knowledge of electrical systems (LV and HV), motor control, electrical installations, HAZOP, DSEAR/ATEX, production of SLD/BCD, earthing, bonding, and familiarity with UK standards.
