OverviewAssociate Director of Executive Programmes at King’s Business School. This is a full-time role that leads the operational delivery of the Executive Education portfolio, ensuring a world-class client experience and supporting the School’s growth, innovation, and impact in lifelong learning. You will work closely with academic leads, commercial partners, and a range of stakeholders to oversee the end-to-end delivery of open programmes and contribute to the strategic development of executive education at King’s Business School.ResponsibilitiesLead the operational delivery of the Executive Education portfolio and oversee end-to-end programme execution.Ensure a world-class client experience and contribute to growth, innovation, and impact in lifelong learning.Collaborate with academic leads, commercial partners, and other stakeholders to develop open programmes and strategic initiatives.Provide leadership with line management responsibility, building high-performing, motivated teams.Deliver service excellence in a fast-paced environment and manage complex projects and programmes.Requirements / QualificationsA first class degree or equivalent professional experience.Knowledge of the Executive Education marketplace and current trends, especially for Open programmes.Experience leading complex operational services in executive education, professional development, or a similar commercial environment.Experience managing cross-functional teams and delivering high-quality client-facing programmes.Experience in project management, financial planning, and budget monitoring.Strong leadership and people management with a track record of leading high-performing teams.Commercial acumen with sponsorships, partnerships and business development experience.Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement across academic, commercial, and administrative domains.Experience leading or working with FT-ranked programmes and involvement in designing and launching new executive education programmes.Experience with CRM systems, digital marketing, and client relationship tools; familiarity with international education markets and global client engagement.Additional information about application process and deadlines can be found in the standard King’s College London recruitment materials. #J-18808-Ljbffr
