Purpose of Job

The Associate Director (AD), Sector Reforms (SIG), is a key member of the management team within the Competitiveness & Governance (C&G) team in the PSD department. Reporting to the Director, the AD leads a team of policy and sector experts working on projects and initiatives in the Sustainable Infrastructure (SIG) sectors. The AD manages approximately 7-10 sector/policy specialists and supports policy dialogue activities, project origination, structuring, and collaboration with various departments and stakeholders.

The AD will develop policy initiatives for energy and infrastructure sectors, structure transactions with policy components, and lead significant policy and advisory services to enable investments. The role involves participation in high-level conferences, media, and stakeholder meetings.
