My client is seeking a strong delivery professional to join as an Associate Director in their HR Transformation practice, specialising in Oracle HCM. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with hands-on experience in leading Oracle HCM Cloud implementations who is now interested in moving into a consulting role.

The role will involve leading major Oracle HCM transformation programmes, managing senior stakeholder relationships, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality outcomes across complex projects.
