Responsibilities
- As an Associate Director within the Cardiff Planning team, you will lead and contribute to the successful delivery of significant projects involving strategic planning, development management, and project coordination for a variety of private and public sector clients.
Qualifications
- MRTPI qualified with a minimum of six years experience in planning
- Strong commercial awareness with a proven track record in both forward planning and development management
- Comprehensive knowledge of planning legislation and a commitment to excellence in all aspects of work
- Exceptional analytical and written communication skills, capable of engaging effectively at all levels
- Confident in client-facing situations and skilled in managing projects from conception to completion
- Experience working within the local area
