This role is perfect for someone who thrives in complex programme environments and has experience supporting senior leadership—think Chief of Staff, Business Manager, PMO, or Transformation Lead. You’ll work across high-profile programmes, co-developing strategy, building relationships, and delivering impactful outcomes across the whole advisory practice.

  • Turning broad ideas into clear strategies, deliverables, and actionable insights
  • Leading and supporting high-profile advisory engagements, particularly in mobilisation and early programme stages
  • Working across multiple sectors, collaborating with teams, and helping grow client relationships
  • Contributing to business development while delivering billable work

Experience and qualities we’re looking for:

  • Proven experience in complex infrastructure or capital project environments, ideally close to leadership (consulting, PMO, Chief of Staff, Transformation, Business Manager roles)
  • Strategic thinker with strong judgement and the ability to synthesize complex information quickly
  • Confident, adaptable communicator who can engage senior stakeholders
  • Delivery-focused, comfortable in ambiguity, and capable of moving from framing to execution
  • Collaborative, low-ego team player with an entrepreneurial mindset
  • Exposure to regulated sectors (energy, transport, water) and governance frameworks is desirable

The package:

  • Competitive salary £90k–£100k plus bonus and benefits package
  • Private medical insurance, life assurance, pension options, and flexible benefits scheme
  • 25 days holiday (+ option to buy more) and additional birthday leave
