As Associate Director of Relationship Engagement you will lead the strategic development of high-value fundraising, establishing deep relationships with corporate partners, major donors, trusts/foundations and capital appeal supporters, alongside the incredible founding partner McDonald's. You'll also lead a growing team to oversee high-impact special events that drive income and increase charity awareness.

As Associate Director of Relationship Engagement you will enable the charity to unlock the extraordinary value in their existing networks, while building the infrastructure for sustainable, long-term growth.
