The team

The Associate Director, Global Performance Development CoE will support the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of enterprise-wide performance development programs. This role will partner closely with HR and business leaders to ensure performance management, talent review, and development initiatives are effective, scalable, and aligned to organizational strategy. The Associate Director will contribute subject matter expertise, manage key projects, and drive adoption of global frameworks while tailoring approaches to regional and local needs. The role will report to the Director, Global Performance Development and will be responsible for driving key processes and insights related to performance development at A&M.

How you will contribute

  • Program Delivery: Support the implementation of global performance management, talent review, and development processes, ensuring consistency and alignment across regions.
  • Project Management: Manage end-to-end projects related to performance development, including timelines, deliverables, stakeholder communications, and change management.
  • Continuous Improvement: Gather feedback and analyze data to assess program and process effectiveness for mid-year/ year-end performance cycles; recommend and implement enhancements to improve impact and user experience.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with People Business Partners and regional teams to support program execution, resolve issues, and adapt global frameworks to meet local needs.
  • Tools & Resources: Contribute to the design and rollout of tools, templates, communications, and training materials that enable leaders and employees to engage with performance development programs.
  • Research & Benchmarking: Stay current on industry trends and best practices to inform updates to performance development strategies and tools.
  • Team Contribution: Provide support to senior CoE leaders, ensuring seamless coordination across global initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Computer Science, Human Resources or other relevant fields.
  • Prior experience in Human Resources, Performance Development, HR analytics or a related field, with a proven track record of success in driving data-driven insights.
  • Proficiency in data visualization and data analysis tools and techniques (e.g., PowerBi, Workday, SQL, Python, R, Tableau).
  • Data privacy and security knowledge.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear and actionable insights.
  • Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Previous experience in Workday (HRIS) is a plus.
