Your Purpose

1. Development, Maintenance and Management of Baselines to support contractual and performance metrics.
2. Leading planning discipline for complex infrastructure projects
3. Provide meetings and workshops to challenge the progress and performance of projects.
4. Manage the contract requirements for the schedules.
5. Ensure provision of advanced hierarchical reporting outputs such as Earned Value Management (EVM).
6. Knowledge of integration of function corelating Schedule, Cost and Risk.
7. Provide Critical Path evaluation and scenario planning options to mitigate issues and improve efficiencies. Conduct expert analysis on scheduling and programming. Proficient in various types of delay analysis techniques.
8. Assuring contractor schedule updates and baselines.

What You Can Bring

1. Bachelor’s degree in project management, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
2. Experience as a Planning Leader, specializing in transportation, energy, defence, water and rail industry experience. Strong knowledge of NEC contracts and their application in project management.
3. People management experience in project controls and/or planning discipline.
4. Excellent stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to communicate across diverse groups.
5. Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project).
6. Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and time management skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
7. Experience in the construction or engineering industry. Advanced knowledge of project management methodologies and best practices.
