As an Associate Director of Product Management, you will lead product strategy, drive digital transformation, and work with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful solutions. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the product vision, ensuring alignment with business objectives, and mentoring teams to drive innovation and customer-centric product development. 

• Define, communicate, and execute the product vision and strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals and market opportunities. 

• Lead cross-functional teams to develop and deliver high-quality products, ensuring customer satisfaction and business impact. 

• Work closely with engineering, design, and business teams to create data-driven, user-centric products. 

• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and user feedback sessions to refine product offerings. 

• Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to track product success and iterate accordingly. 

• Mentor and coach product managers, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence. 

• Partner with executive leadership to shape the long-term digital and product strategy. 

• Advocate for customer needs, ensuring that product decisions are driven by user insights and business value. 

• Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to drive innovation. 

• 8+ years of experience in product management, with a proven track record of delivering successful digital products. 

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and drive alignment across cross-functional teams. 

• Experience in working with retail or consumer products clients.

• Strong business acumen with the ability to translate complex challenges into strategic product opportunities. 

• Hands-on experience with roadmapping, backlog prioritization, and user story creation. 

• Experience in working with engineering teams and familiarity with modern technology stacks. 

• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to present product strategies to executives. 

• Understanding of customer research, analytics, and data-driven decision-making. 

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Product Management, Computer Science, or a related field.
